What it really comes down
to is, I'm a disabled artist
who loves art and loves
people. Making a living as a
small business is challenging
at best. My unique ability to
personalize, improve and enhance your images
is just not found on Amazon.
Every person, every sale,
every product I touch is important to me. Your a face
not a number.
As a disabled person with
Multiple Sclerosis I
experience mobility issues, speech and neurological
deficits plus unrelenting
fatigue. My desire to stay independent and the
need to provide for myself
finds an online business
fulfilling and meets my
physical needs.

FAQ
Returns and Damage
As a personized product there are no returns nor refunds when an order is finalized at checkout. If the item arrives damaged, provide a picture of the breakage and the box/envelope it arrived in emailed to
hammimageandart@gmail.com and a replacement will be sent.
All personalization will be spelled exactly as submitted. Spelling issues require an image sent via email, It will be checked against your order text and if determined fault is mine a replacement will be sent. if it's determined the spelling matches the order form then there will be no replacement. I will offer a 20% off of the same item with the correct spelling if you
so choose.
Arrival by a certain date can't be guaranteed. Every effort will be made to get your order on its way promptly. Purchasing timely will alleviate the issue.

It's madding when apps/internet is uncooperative.

Shipping and Delivery options
Shipping is determined by weight and size plus where it's being sent as determined by the USPS. Larger orders may be sent by UPS. If you only get USPS at a PO Box, make sure you choose alternate delivery address upon checkout.
A notice that your item has been shipped
will arrive via email with tracking number. Shipping time is between 5-10 days depending on where it's being shipped to. I live in the Midwest so it's about the same to both coasts.
Expedient shipping is available yet a bit pricy.
State tax is automatically calculated on checkout
Local pickup with no shipping costs can be arranged in and around the city of
Rockford, Illinois.
