Returns- If item arrives damaged, submit picture via email of damaged item and packing box. A replacement will be sent. Client damaged past original opening is not replaceable.
Because these are one of a kind and personalized there is no cancelation nor returns after order is received. Misspellings that are my fault will be resent, spelling mistakes, client's fault will not be refunded. But 20% will be offered for a remake with correct spelling.
